Prophesy Poem by Cristobal Benjumea

Prophesy

so the sixties were an explosion
a break from the norm
rebeliousness, fire, , ,
only to return to that square
but what did thye sixties say
democracy, freedom of press throughout the world
where is that fire
or did it go out with the return of the square
so the square is a sort of posesion
a sort of evil
and indiference to that is tantanount to an endorsement
so where is the genious, the fire
did it go too, has god gone...
what do the gods say, now
so as we emerged from a square, released only to return, like naughty children
where is the same fire that is the constelation, casiopea
