Protecting People
What is a person supposed to do
When the only way that you knoww to protect
Is to push them away
From all of the pain annd the huurt
Pushing them away
So they never have to find out
About how bad you're hurt
About the thinngs that you do
I know it seemscruel
TO keep pushing peopple aaway
But, sometimes it's necessary
To protect them from your pain
