I am black and bold
Just as black is beautiful
This fact is known
My culture and nature
Makes me whole

I follow you like your shadow
I am the reason for your night
I will color you like charcoal
Be blind, i am your sight
I storm the world with fright

I am known for my act and pride
With the best brains i ride
I started civilization
From the days of Egypt
I issue adventure as my receipt

To the mountain top lets take
The path of life as our lift
I am free born, free of odds
My world is freedom
