Queen Of The Night Poem by Jennifer English

Queen Of The Night

Rating: 5.0

She stalks men at night
Surrounded by groans and gasps
She's the ultimate pleasure

Wanted by the married
And craved by those single
She's a rare jewl on a mans belt

She cannot be tamed
She will not be herded
She is commanded by no-one

She does as she wants
And she sees no laws
She has no boundaries

She lives like a queen
Gets anything and anyone
Yet happiness is fleeting

Her castle is empty
The stone walls cold
It's echo is deafening
