Question Poem by Michael Ernst

Question

This may be the biggest question of your life
Looking for the answers you just don't know
Some desperaely need you to stay
Others could'nt care less if you go

It's no longer a matter of wrong or right
Or even heaven or hell in your mind
More about the load you can bear
Or the weight put on those left behind

It's not a fight or flight situation
Not all battles are won or lost
Sometimes it's about emotional economics
As simple as rewards vs cost

They say time makes everything better
The Roman empire and great Pyramids disagree
But I think sometimes time becomes a prison
And some are put in shackles, while others go free
