Who could articulate
better than the soul?
what the heat felt
at the mind's meanderings.

The situation expected a poet
caught between two poles.
Mind in a state of flux
in search of a mind's state.

Who understood it
better than the observer?
also a perceiver and yet
an outsider as always.

Time flowed through
a timeless chamber
open to secrets
concealed in itself.

Who emerged
to merge with one and all?
