Questioning Dove Poem by David Soo

Questioning Dove

Rating: 4.5

As the sky breaks
Away from the sea,
Now my dove
She decided to leave me,
And I was broken.
There we were
Walking hand in hand,
Our footsteps sinking deeper in the sand,
And I was dreaming.
As if a token spent,
Do I have meaning to her
Or was my heart just space to rent?
