Quietly Poem by Jay Reynolds

Quietly

quiet, not always
but today

sometimes it's how
we die

so quietly

only to find out
it's all a lie

the leaves quietly
die and rot and decay

the sun's rays quietly
die, horizon blood red

so quietly we die
hand in hand

so quietly
we lie/lying in our graves
