Rachel's Poem Poem by Morgan Pifer

Rachel's Poem

Rating: 5.0

my friend rachel wrote this and i have her premission to post it on here

all i've ever wanted in this world was love
each of you had it
and i was forgotten
until one day...
he noticed how badly i've been burned
burned by your blackened lungs
i told him everything i knew and felt
he listened and trusted me to
but now i think that trust is broken...
please dear god...
tell me how to get it back
you both have taken a shot...
a shot that i pulled the trigger to...
but now its your time to have revenge
would someone turn the gun to me now?
kill my misery with a single bullet...
right through my heart

'got a silver bullet shot right threw my heart to prove i can't survive without you...'

When I was enmeshed in my darkest fears, writing to find solace I found a girl named Rachel.. We quickly became friends. This poem is reminiscent of my friend and our time together. Thank you for posting this poem and tell your friend to continue writing from the heart it helps us all.
