Rage? Poem by TwoWolves FightingInsideMe

Rage?

Rage? You poser.
You're angry. You're mad. You're positively livid.
But you don't rage.
You don't rip at your hair.
You don't froth when you growl.
You speak.
You feel things.
Rage is beyond all of that.
Rage is roaring. Erupting. Blinding. Disconnected, blind, speechless but not silent.
You won't feel. When you rage.
You won't care.
There is nothing else.
Let it burn the world. Let it destroy you.
How else can rage be sated?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I love the thoughts of what rage is. And, honestly, I smile at others when they 'rage'. It's patronizing, but I do try to be kind about it.
