Raghav ran beneath the blazing sky,
Sweat in his eyes, legs burning dry.
The roundabout stood, two paths ahead,
One was easy, the other he'd tread.
He took the shortcut, miles were spared,
The road felt light, though he wasn't prepared.
Next day again, the right turn called,
Soon it became the route he installed.
But something stirred in Raghav's mind,
The easy path left dreams behind.
So he fought to return to the longer road,
Where grit and strength would lighten the load.
For shortcuts change more than the way,
They shift the habits that shape our day.
In life, like running, the easy choice,
Can quiet our goals, dim our voice.
So Raghav runs, the tougher route in sight,
Knowing the long path leads to what's right.
