Rain Poem by Mula Veereswara Rao

Rain

Rain,
Rain,
feeds drain,
pushes me to run,
to catch the train,
but in vain
train left the station,

On the cheeks of young girl,
rain shower,
makes pearls hover!

Rain
Rain
Quenches thirsty earth
Trees dances happily
with heavy branches wears
silver lining flowers in their heads!

Rain
murmurs happily
in the heart of the farmer

Alas!
it flows to the place of lower
washes away all huts,
merges with their tears!

Rain,
Rain,
comes as uninvited guest
makes feast to the most!

Rain
rapture refrain,
in eternal caravan!
