Rain Poem by Michele Clucas

Rain

I can hear each dropp as it strikes the leaves
Running silver over green –
Gently dropping to the ground below;
The silent whisper of the wind
Distant thunder lending its voice -
Playing nature’s symphony;
Each dropp - a beat of my heart
The lifeblood - woven into my existence!
