Alice Baudoin

Rain

It rains, the love flames have passed away
And poplars are dolefully leaning
Memories, like spirits, are carrying
Void hearts through the desolation bay

It rains, a rain alike tears stream
That washes veins, dilutes in my blood,
This ardent passion, its flower bud,
Pouring it into a languid dream

    sadness does rule this planet
    only few seconds are happiness
and I keep looking for those
    seconds...cheers
