Rain Falling Downside Up Poem by Ishita Kapoor

Rain Falling Downside Up

What's on my mind? I have no clue..
Empty pocket, empty brains...I am turning blue...

Adding vodka in milk..
Pressing your glacy sari of silk..

Painting floor instead of wall..
Life is turning silly..and the mess is turning tall..

Watching TV with closed eyes..and listening music with no music file..! !
Can you guess the amount of silliness? I forgot what is cleanliness..

Flushed the food, screwed the bottles..
Broke my nail paint and threw it in the river water..

Now I am dancing insanely with my heels high,
And cleaning mirror to make things fine..

Oh lord! Give me some brains..
I guess I lost it, back in the crane..

I shouted at a fellow, who was trying to stop me to play carrom with my elbows..
Trying to walk with my hands, trying to sit on a bundle of bands.

Missed my breakfast, having lunch..
Broke my knee, while practicing punch..

I want myself to stop here now, and take a simple ride..
Want to see things straight, but with a different site..

Life is turning headside down..
I am still facing it with a smile of a clown..

The smile that gives me strength and power..
Even when I feel like a punctured car!

I feel my life is complete in itself..
As I carved some love in each and every shelf..
