Rain In My Heart Poem by Rosie Laker

Rain In My Heart

Wind blows, rain drops
Whistle, drip, splash, drop
Tears fall, heart bleeds
Only the wind knows my needs.

Wind groans, panes rattle
When it stops will it matter?
Who cares, who bothers?
Rain drops fall on others

Wind, rain, darkness, light
Lying here who knows my plight?
Should I stay, or should I go?
Like the rain how do I know?

When the storm begins to die
Perhaps i'll understand quite why?
Gone the wind and gone the rain
Perhaps I'll start to live again?
