Rain Mind Poem by Satish Verma

Rain Mind

Plucking a kiss from
your hair, not to miss again
the moonwashed face.

I breathe deeply to smell
jasmines, falling on the grass.
Will you call me tonight?

The thick clouds return.
White and red peonies were
ready to reclaim you.
