Rain Of Pain - Poem by Lorena Walker

im all out of options
can't stand this pain
so i stand here,
embracing the rain
i won't turn until i drown
or die of the flu
but if were to have it this way
what would you do?
so instead i fill myself
and let it all come out
take this blade unto my skin
the pain is what its all about
there's alcohol, there's drugs
but there is no you
and i know that
you are the only thing that can save me
so i take away this pain
but only temporarily.
