Random Autobiography Poem by Michelle J

Random Autobiography

I love to love.
Hyper-fixating on niche topics
Obsessing over small details.
Something about loving
Fills my heart with unexplainable joy.

I used to rotate sleeping
With each of my stuffed animals
So that none of them would feel left out.
None of them would go to bed
Without a goodnight kiss.

I have never watched a movie
Without crying a river.
Even the happiest movies
Elicit little laughs
And racking sobs.

I curate playlists
Perfectly tailored for every occasion.
The thumping music
Bum bum bum
Is the soundtrack to my life.

I learned that learning
Is a life-long journey.
And I plan to try
By reading books till I die.

I have lost much in life
But I have found so much more.
Love, emotional freedom, education.
Can I need anymore?
