When silence embarks
Heartbreak is left to destruct
Every portion of optimism
Shared by thee
Torn between the stages
One seeks to reach for the final
Only to one's disappointment
The journey ahead travels wide
One's arrival at their destination
Proves silence as a distant memory
Where every portion of optimism
Displayed by thee has disappeared.
