Reality - Poem by Raziel Baptiste
I realized, my lack of knowing
Emotions ran a rage,
I flee from fright, forever going
Walking hand in hand afraid,
Forever light make shadow large
Now drawn into the drawings of senses gone.
As I'm walking a fated, faith
I lead my mind wander way,
To remember a laughter's taste
It's bitter as some good wines gone to waste,
Once more one step full of regret
But I learn as taught, like waters are wet
I evolved with time, learn of honor
It's a fake light with no end,
I watch as men use it to my horror
And can't say nothing, look away, it's pretend!
Sadly I learned there's no such great world
Let this sudden sadness ends, as a story untold.
I wait for my way, to open to me
Let nothing can stand in the way,
As time becomes virtue, bright as can be
Let it be known, I stand on my feet this day!
Crawl fast, walk strong, run into despair,
To bad I can give up, not there nor here!
