I look at my friends and know they will never leave me
But I miss their faces because I only get to see them weekly
Who will wipe her eyes when she can’t get out of the box they put her in?
Who will hug him in the night when they see what he doesn’t do for them?
My friends are so unique I can’t even tell them apart
But it’s their emptiness that gnaws at my heart
Everything we wanted is right there.
Watch her love him and leave him
See him kiss her and hug that one
You’ll never hurt, never feel pain
Just feed off of the life you don’t have
And no one needs to know
Your life, your soul or your name
Forget your dreams
The time will pass
Get more comfortable
Now you won’t sleep alone
Every week they will be there
Pouring their two cent souls all over you
Blue eyes, shiny teeth, pretty little dolls from a mold
Waiting for you to play with and give importance to their soul
Don’t think about you
It’s easier not to feel
It’s not about you
It isn’t supposed to be real
Reality TV, Reality TV
Will I ever have a life as grand as thee?
Reality TV, don’t you ever leave me.
