Reap What You Sow Poem by John Fenton Mcleish

Reap What You Sow

Look up see the rockets fly through the sky
Estimated time of arrival, nigh
Try to run escape your ignorant past
But I doubt if you'll ever run that fast

Hundreds of missiles do stream through the air
Yet nothing to do now but watch and stare
Their after burners twinkle up so high
A beautiful sight too bad you will fry

Shield your babies from the fiery blast
Take a good look for it will be your last
Pray to your false gods maybe they'll save you
Now you will reap the lies you thought were true

Stick your head in the sand you'll be OK
'Cause I believe what politicians say
