Try looking past what your eyes can see.
Open them up and take a good look at me.

Dont look at my flesh which can always deceive.
Under my skin are the lies I've conceived.

Take a look at my heart look deeply in my eyes.
You'll see a girl you wont recognize.

This is who I am, who I've always been.
Once you find out the truth then the story will begin.

Will you stay by my side? is the only question i ask.
Once you see the real me under this tear-stained mask....
