Red Light Poem by Briana Quinn

Red Light

Her open wounds stare at her, tormenting her with dark red silk before she realizes what has been happening she passes. Leaving everyone and everything she cared about behind. No one knew about what happened to her...
or maybe they just didnt care. She always felt that if she were to just up and leave that no one would notice. All she's ever wanted was attention. Just enough to get her through the day without asking herself if she's worth it.
If she's worth being around orif she's worth lying dead on the ground. No one ever touched her heart and she always felt like she didnt touch theirs. She felt apart from everyone else like she couldn't succeed at anything she set her mind to. She was hopeless.
Her open wounds stare at her with dark red silk..
