Reeling Poem by susette varga

Reeling

A few days later
And no where nearer
To getting answers
That i seek

The mist is thicker
Puzzles deeper
Questions stifled
Answers muddled

Truth as such
Eludes
Not as stupid
As one may think

Gut instinct
Paves the way
Soon all is clear
Dispels the fear
Karma is on her way

Selfishly
You sacrificed
Your honour
And your word

Happily
A fool of me
You stupidly
Did make

How will you feel
What will you say
When your payback
Comes

Unfortunately
Regretfully
The bitter pill
Shall you swallow

It's only then
Regretfully
Deep pain and sadness
Will engulf you

Then you'll see
What you did to me
Are you strong enough to recover?

Doubtfully
I cannot see
Any real substance
Within you

You have no soul
To touch upon
So lost
Between the ether

You seemed so strong
I got it wrong
I'm stronger
You are weaker
