Reflections Of The Heart Poem by Helen Cline

Reflections Of The Heart

I recall, many years ago, when I was

in my youth. The fantasies I used to have,

to find a love so true. A love so impeccable,,,

so pure, and brave, and strong. To

stand upon hes convictions, when the majority

claimed he was wrong... but, pure love is

elusive, and scarce as it can be... I became

discouraged, disheartened and depressed...

For, though I searched all through my life,

this I must confess, true love begets true

love... and this gives you happiness...
