Refuge
I am to the world a cast away
yet pigs a sty to stay
scorched by the sun
drenched by the rain
helter skelter i run
but towards a greater pain
I fear the night
I hate the day
I curse my life
from death i stay away
this two edged sword
and I am but an umbilical cord
between the depth of mother earth
and wishing i was never born
to remain but a prey
like a bird with feathers gone
