They say to live life, with not a single regret.
Yet everybody has one, hidden I bet.

I'm going to be honest, I'm not going to lie.
I have a deep secret, I don't want to hide.

It's always on my mind, and it won't go away.
I've been hiding it from you, I don't know what you'll say.

I don't have an answer, so don't ask me why.
I cheated on you, with some other guy.

If you do not want to talk to me, ever again,
I'll leave your life, just tell me when.

But before you leave, and before you go,
I have a couple of things, I want you to know.

You're the first and only, I've ever loved,
Even more, then God above.

I know everything about you, and you know everything about me,
I feel so comfortable with you, I feel so free.

You've helped me through a lot, and helped me change my ways.
I'm a new person now, I think that is safe to say.

I look forward to our phone calls, every night.
When I hear your voice, I know every things right.

I love your smile, and your flawless face.
Your truly one of a kind, and cannot be replaced.
