Reinforcements Poem by Aidan Clevinger

Reinforcements

Romeo's got Juliet,
Prince Charming came down with the flu.
So when your wish came to the office,
They told me I would have to do.

I'm just the reinforcements,
I've always brought up the rear.
And I'm not sure if you got your wish
But I'm sure glad they sent me here.
