Rejected Potential
One touch ignites us
Perfect fantasies are born
We rise to the challenge
But their heart stays torn
Fantasies crumble
Potential has stumbled
To be so all knowing
was our disgraceful undoing
Silently extinguished
Our soul is scorned
Diminished by rejection
Forever we mourn
