I feel I’ve been lost for a long time
Running with no direction looking for a sign
Times are hard no matter where I go
Its time I sit and look in my soul
Best friends become strangers
An brothers drift apart
Families become torn with no chance to start
Children misguided down the wrong road
Everyone has the right to prosper and grow old
I try to sit and look deep as I can
Remembering my father telling me how to be a man
I remember being proud with praise and cheers
