Remember Me Poem by Harley My Last Name

Remember Me

Though you mourn over my spirit, please remember I’m there with you.
Though I can’t physically touch you, my hand is always on your heart.
Though things go wrong and you can’t see me, I am there.
I’ll hold you up when you fall.
I’ll make you laugh when you cry
I’ll make you smile when you’re sad
When things are at their worst, my hand will lay upon them to heal the pain.
My many nieces and nephews are always going to be a blessing.
Even though they didn’t know me that long, ill still be there forever
As well as my brothers and sisters, love is never endless.
My family is the people that I will always love and honor.
Don’t mourn my loss for long; you have not lost me in spirit.
Please remember me.
I will remember each and every one of you.
