Remember Pacino Sitting By The Bar Poem by John Ackerman

Remember Pacino Sitting By The Bar

a sweet smell of a rose
lingering in thought provoking demise
bitter sweet from my heart to my feet
we seek solace alone also together
wandering soul left to flight in the night
soaring ever higher then ever before
hence the opened door
talk with me through the night
hear me when i cry my thought provoking sigh
leave the bitterness behind
hence the walking blind
remember Pacino sitting at the bar
his named called out and he went a bit far
remember those thoughts now fixed in your mind
give cadence to the simple man with a plan
adhere to temporal imagination blown up in fascination
come near and shed a tear on my shoulder
cherish this red rose which was plucked a time before
let in the power of love let go of all known hate
as you graduate from one grace to grace
faces, spaces & traces

Nature's beckoning call asunder
choose wisdom then with all thy getting gain understanding
let go of any inhibitions that block a right relationship with your higher power
call it a hope for up yonder
my soul permeates a reason to be
a challenge to be set free from all known negativity
need to move away to a place where your comforatble to share
without a care we need you there
only one life is soon to be passed
only what's done for love's sake will last
