Remembrance Poem by Gwen Risen

Remembrance

Do you remember
'Midst our lives dissension,
How he did save us
Golden wings extended?

Do you remember
How he used to cry,
For us to return to
Faith's sweet lullaby?

Do you remember
Our Brother-In-Heart,
Who left the world touched
By his peaceful mark?

Ezra, we loved you,
We will see you soon,
but until then, my friend,
Spread the word, we must do.
