As I look back at my life,
I have gone as far as I can see,
I have no regrets, taking great steps, even marrying the girl of my dreams,
Listening to those who have what I want, and who've been where I am,
Ultimately making my own decisions becoming my own man,
I've been through less than favorable situations knowing that it's never too late,
I hit rock bottom before I realized the meaning of faith,
I lived, loved, laughed, got hurt and misused for instance,
Yet still I choose to love, trust, and travel down the path of least resistance,
On the road to success with one thing in mind,
Knowing what you want and taking it one step at a time.
