Replaced Again Poem by Zaza Adeniyi

Replaced Again

Sometimes I wonder if you think of me at all,
'Cause you laugh with her now
While I just watch it fall.

You tell her things you never told me,
Like I was easy to replace,
And somehow I'm "jealous"
For noticing the space.

It's fine, I'll pretend I don't care in the end.
But deep down I know
I will never have a best friend.
