Let it be then
accept life as a joker
not a giver
but a teaser-

don't allow expectancy
bring you down
all is uncertainty
none lives to wear the coveted crown--

this do remember:
there's strength in acceptance
the yielding will be the future winning
hence, exercise faith and patience-

like the bamboo tree, bend
the wildest storm it can withstand-
after the night's cruelest torrential rain
upon the dawn's firmest ground you will safely stand
