Respecting God's Word Poem by Great Aunt Meeka

There are people out there that take God's Word
And twist the meaning to fit their sinful life.
They preach to others untruths to get them
On their side.
The truth will prevail,
It stands the test of time.
Those who mock God but
Say they believe in Jesus Christ.
Did they know that
Jesus is God in the Flesh
Somehow their stories don't mesh.
Or people that believe in God but
not the Jesus Christ the Son
did they know they are one?
These people do not really know
they are on the wrong road.
For if they knew Jesus said
in Revelations 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega,
the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."
They would know then comprehend
the way to God is through Jesus Christ
if you want eternal life.
