Resting In The Wind Poem by Ronald Britcher

Resting In The Wind

Rating: 5.0

Darker than shadows
But lighter than the sun
While looking over the horizon
A tear starts to run

Wish you were here
Wish you never left me
I close my eyes
Of how you remind me

Moment take its parts
By being lonely and depressed
I close my eyes once more
I feel my heart being undressed

I sob to the day
The day we will meet again
I feel to be apart
Of your guiding wind
