Restoration Poem by Eric Cochran

Restoration

I came to you, in order to restore,
The cherishable heart you treasure and adore.

If you weren't hurt by a cruel, heartless man,
I would be honored to lay my heart in your hands.

Once your happiness has been revived by me,
You'll always have me in your arms to be.

Because of your heart mistreated and mislead,
Let my heart, my soul, restore and bewith you till' the end.
