Their agenda was sinister
They set him up and had him killed; they were bitter

They thought they had ended him, but after
He arose and humanity began another chapter

He left the world better
Time, his life did alter

He left a proven path to eternal life thereafter
So impeccable and inspiring was His character

To principalities & powers, He was a master
Even the winds listened and His miracles brought hope & averted disaster

Indeed, he was a star
He inspired his disciples to do better

And peter walked on water
What an encounter!

AND I PRAY FOR YOU:
As you celebrate his resurrection
May every insurrection against your promotion meet termination
May your family experience divine visitation & intervention
May your life ooze solution & not pollution
And May the resurrection power of Jesus propel your destiny to the next phase
