Once more I hear the everlasting sea
Breathing beneath the mountain's fragrant

A beautifully written poem. Noyes expresses these ideas so wonderfully- and so true to life!

Noyes always does well in his own classical form expressing the metaphysical. It is too bad that it is hard to find a well-written modern poem about the Savior.
