Retired Boater Poem by George BernardBloodyShaw

Retired Boater

Rating: 4.0

Thru the door....

Oh! Another floor.

This could be a bore
As I've done all this before.

Back on my knees
For me.

This WON'T please!

The aches and pain
To do this again
But it's for my brother
So I won't bother.

It's only two days
Of work, so no bother.

Soon back to the haze
Of my retirement days...
