Return - Poem by Shay Shannon

Nothing will ever make it stop
these thoughts running thru my heads
and just when i think i made it to the top
some thing just brings me down

As much as i run
as much as i squirm
i still hold the burden the entire tonne
and the grip the is placed on me is still so so firm
Thus my problems Return
