Return To (The Other) Me Poem by johnny case

Return To (The Other) Me

Villages aflame unto when's due newspaper trader
Zone out-wake all issues to cry a heart flora sand
Adolescent snares naysaken 'neath colors
Shaved from moon murders done
Won your bidding, hung dung a burden
Your spread of cares sheared of sun

Only what's inside her walls may glimpse garbo
Stillness at a breeze robbing every breeze its breath

alter EGO
my other self,
the old reclusive one...
the one with a shell,
regains, reclaims
