Planet Earth – Not the centre
Of the universe
The sun - provider of energy, cause of all life
An insignificant entity in stellar comity
Man’s great achievements
Already ingrained, programmed in neural connections
A show written, produced and directed by Nature
Acted upon by humans and others.

Pretty long show - four billion years
Great human race
passing through many an evolutionary phase
descended from fishes, reptiles, apes
Quite a rosy picture
Yet shamelessly human ego keeps inflating
Often he proclaims his superiority
Over whom he knows not
All myths exploded – except that of
An undefined superiority

A crude joke
Universe as laboratory, humans among guinea pigs
Nature continues her experiment
Indifferent, unconcerned
Perhaps amused
Future remains unknown.
