Rhodes The Maniac Poem by Melikhaya Zagagana

Rhodes The Maniac

Let your feet tread silence
There lies Mr Rhodes the maniac
In that mountain attendant spoke
Forward I leaped and harked
But all he said silence…

But he Mr Rhodes known no silence
In his breathing hour, I said;
And the attendant frowned, and said
The corpse of Mr Rhodes pays the bills,
England is guided by his dues and Africa
Hence bedded by England on his behalf…
