Reliable and dependable I do the best I can
Intelligent and witty with a long attention span
Charming but quiet I sometimes come out of my shell
Hand me a beer or three and the party will go swell
Approachable and tactful I'm always ready to listen
Romantic walks by moonlight, watch the river glisten
Devoted husband and hands on dad you can always count on me

Sensitive and loving we carve our initials on a tree
Open minded and inquisitive, ready to learn new things
Careful and considerate I'm ready for what the new day brings
Kind hearted and helpful my time is what I give
Each morning I give thanks for times gone by and new days yet to live
Take me as you find me, treat me as your friend
Thoughtful and compassionate, your heart I'll help to mend
