Riot In The Kitchen Poem by Sheena Blackhall

Riot In The Kitchen

Riot in the Kitchen
The fish slice battered the ladle
The knife was so sharp she cut herself
The pan whipped the pot into next week
The kettle screamed and let off steam
The soup boiled over with rage
The griddle's day was fried
Despite grilling, none could save the bacon
The cucumber was for the chop
The chips were down and out
Even the carrots were liquidated
